This happens when you have enabled proxies within WebHarvy Settings, but WebHarvy is unable to connect to the proxy server.

Try the following to solve this problem.

  1. 1. Make sure that the proxy server address, port, type (HTTP, HTTPS etc.), username and password provided are correct. Contact your proxy service provider or refer their documentation to verify the same.
  2. 2. Make sure that your computer's current IP is whitelisted with your proxy service provider. Many proxy providers require that you authenticate your IP before making connection.
  3. 3. You may also disable proxies, apply changes and restart WebHarvy to solve this problem.
